A Company which specialises in all aspects of the security business is the latest addition to the Morgan's portfolio of companies. Established in November 2000 Morgan Security offers installations to all kinds of premises from small domestic to large commercial systems and all to British Standard 4737.

Morgan Security is the first company in the UK to achieve ICON recognition, being presented with it's Certificate at the NEC at the major Security Show of the year. ICON approval means that our customers will know that we are competent to install security systems and that we can be trusted to perform professionally.

Working from premises within Morgans of Oswestry at Mile End Business Park, the staff at Morgan Security are fully qualified and experienced engineers. They install a wide variety of systems ranging from the audible variety to the fully monitored versions with police response.

The company also repair, service and maintain all types of security systems and can supply associated products such as domestic and commercial CCTV, door entry systems, automatic gate openers, fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers, locks and safes.

The General Manager Darren Hughes has more than 12 years experience in the security business starting with his father's company Sabre Alarms in 1989. He then moved to Brook Security in 1996 and ADT in 1999 when the company was sold. However on November 1 last year he started up Morgan Security with Martin Cap.

Service manager Brian Jones has taken a similar route and has been by Darren's side at every turn, also joining Morgan Security last year having started in the Security industry with Darren's father in 1986.

Both Brian and Darren have vast experience of the security industry both locally and nationally and are extremely well known by thousands of residents in Oswestry and surrounding areas.

NSI announced the first ICON approval on the 5^th June 2001. Morgan Security have the honour of being the first security company under the ICON scheme. Their certificate of approval was presented at the ICON launch during IFSEC week. Morgan Security, a long established company, has achieved success in a number of business areas including security. ICON approval will give them the recognition to develop their business in this sector.
