This lovely old house was once a coach house and later a Georgian farmhouse originating in the 16th century providing quality accommodation of character, offering superb hospitality and a warm friendly atmosphere. Set in large pretty gardens & orchard, one mile south of Oswestry & one mile from A5 & A483.

It nestles amidst unspoilt beauty in the peaceful Shropshire / Welsh Borderlands rich in splendid mountains, valleys, lakes & enchanting woodlands and castles. Carefully and tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard to enhance the period and history providing a true country feel to your stay.

All three rooms offer en-suite or private luxury shower / bathroom, all family, double or twin choice - (cot available). One double en-suite has adjoining room for family / friends. Fine views of Breidden & Welsh mountains and southwards the rolling Shropshire hills.

Fully equipped with colour TV, beverage tray, hair dryers, clock / radio, electric fans for hot days, central heating and hot water bottles for cold nights plus that personal touch to ensure your comfort. Payphone in reception hall. Cosy dining & drawing rooms plus log fires with a good selection of books, games & TV to enjoy.
